Agenzo collects account details, business name, authorized email addresses, phone numbers, treatment catalogs, clinic hours, voice configuration parameters, call metadata, audio transcripts, summaries, and booking calendar sync data.
When third-party integrations (such as calendar scheduling software or CRMs) are connected, Agenzo processes only the minimum data required to check availability, reserve appointments, and sync client records.
We process information solely to operate AI receptionist workflows, answer incoming phone inquiries, qualify service interest, transmit lead alerts, maintain service reliability, and manage billing accounts.
Agenzo never sells, rents, or monetizes customer or patient data. Data is used strictly to provide the subscribed software service.
Calls handled by Agenzo may include personal contact details provided voluntarily by callers. Clinics utilizing Agenzo are responsible for providing appropriate call recording disclosure or consent notices where required by applicable local law.
Agenzo is intentionally configured to escalate diagnostic, clinical, and prescription queries to qualified medical personnel rather than dispensing medical advice.
All sensitive operational data, API keys, call transcripts, and customer credentials are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption and safeguarded by strict authentication barriers at rest.
Internal access to production infrastructure is restricted to authorized administrative personnel on a least-privilege basis.
Subscribed clinics may request complete data exports, corrections, or permanent account deletions by submitting an authorized request to support@agenzo.app.
Certain transaction records may be retained as necessary to comply with applicable tax, legal, or accounting obligations.
